American Flag Leek is an heirloom, open-pollinated leek variety that is widely-adapted with exceptional cold tolerance. This variety can produce 15-18" leeks with a 3" diameter. They have a sweeter flavor than most leek varieties, and an almost creamy texture. American Flag is delicious when chopped to use in your favorite stew or soup recipe.
